The Origin
Triple R Bar Restaurant was born in 2017 in the heart of Sandy Ground, just after the bridge — the soul of Saint Martin's most vibrant village. It began with a simple but powerful vision: create a space where the true spirit of the Caribbean could breathe, gather, and celebrate.
The founders — deeply rooted in island culture — wanted more than a restaurant. They envisioned a living room for the community. A place where the smell of authentic Caribbean cooking mingles with the bass of a DJ set as the sun melts into the lagoon. Where locals and visitors sit side by side, strangers become friends, and every evening feels like a celebration.
From the very first night, Triple R became something the island had been waiting for. A space that did not try to imitate anywhere else — rooted entirely in Saint Martin's own flavors, rhythms, and warmth.

Triple R opens its doors in Sandy Ground, just after the bridge. A humble space with a big dream — bring the true soul of the Caribbean to a single table.
The terrace fills up every Friday. Weekly DJ sets launch, turning Triple R from a restaurant into an event. The island starts talking.
The kitchen deepens its roots. New creole dishes, a cocktail menu developed in-house, and weekend brunch become instant island favorites.
